Like anyone would be, I am flattered by your fascination with me.
Like any hot-blooded woman, I have simply wanted an object to crave.
But you, you're not allowed; you're uninvited: an unfortunate slight.
Must be strangely exciting to watch the stoic squirm.
Must be somewhat heartening to watch shepherd meet shepherd.
But you, you're not allowed; you're uninvited: an unfortunate slight.
Like any uncharted territory, I must seen greatly intriguing.
You speak of my love like you have experienced love like mine before.
But this is not allowed; you're uninvited: an unfortunate slight.
I don't think you unworthy;
I need a moment to deliberate.
"It's inspiring to see a movie that addresses
some of our biggest questions, and I couldn't help but
write the song." Alanis Morissette
Hey, I finally listened to it! it's an amazing song!, at the beginning it was strange, but it always happens the same with her songs, then I felt that I was listening to an awesome song and I put the volume up and I just listened to it.

"Hiya, I'm a fellow Alanis fan, and would like to say that Uninvited is definitely a great song to listen to loud. Just the way all the instruments are arranged even the vocal harmonies sends chills up my spine everytime I hear it" Matt

"I sat on the piano and I thought about the story, and this theme came up, that was something personal that I liked it. Is just that sometimes there are situations in life that you don't expect, that appear unexpectedly and modify everything" Alanis Morissette -cinema mag-.

Uninvited is on soundtrack of the film "City of Angels" based on the film by Wim Wenders. The film it's not a remake, it has some ideas in common. I read Wenders said that he liked the new version. The soundtrack features new material: Goo Goo Dolls, "Iris" (also produced by Bob Cavallo) and Peter Gabriel (I Grieve), as well as tracks by Sarah McLachlan (Angel, from Surfacing), U2 ("If god would send his angels" I don't dont where is from... but I guess we'd kill them), Paula Cole, Jude "I know" (recorded at the westlake studios...), and classic tracks by Jimi Hendrix (Red House), Eric Clapton and others.
I really don't know if Uninvited will be in her next album, uhmm maybe inside a single (I'm just guessing here)..Some of the people that played with Alanis in Uninvited worked also in Jagged little pill. Well, I'm waiting to hear Alanis in the next Kusturica's wonder. :) btw, Have you seen Underground?.. (yes, I know... but I can't help it)
